WORK

Case studies across five pillars.Anonymised composites, not client testimonials.

Nine illustrative composite case studies drawn from patterns across NexITC engagements. Each is a representative narrative — not a specific client — assembled from patterns that recur in the practice. Where a case study is anonymised more heavily than another, it's because the specific client engagement it draws from is more identifiable otherwise. All monetary figures, timelines, and outcome percentages are illustrative of the pattern, not exact reproductions of any single engagement.

AIASSESSLOGISTICS3 WEEKS

Four AI use cases evaluated. One proceeded. AED 4M saved from the three that didn't.

A5 AI Use-Case Due Diligence™

A UAE enterprise brought four AI investment cases to a three-week Assess engagement. One recommendation was to proceed. Two came back with redesigned non-AI paths capturing most of the value at a fraction of the cost. One came back with a "no-go" recommendation on data quality grounds. The fixed-fee A5 engagement paid for itself many times over in the investments it prevented.

CYBERSECURITYBUILDHEALTHCARE12 WEEKS

Zero Trust as four named controls precisely. Not a three-year transformation programme.

B9 Zero-Trust Core Build™

A UAE healthcare provider approaching an ADHICS v2 audit cycle wanted Zero Trust posture in place — not as a strategic aspiration but as evidence a regulator could inspect. B9 delivered four named controls in twelve weeks with acceptance criteria per control. The audit went ahead with the controls operational. The alternative — a global-SI transformation programme quoted at 18 months — was declined at scoping.

CLOUD/EDGERUNFINANCIAL SERVICES12-MONTH RETAINER

Cloud cost governance, held for twelve months. Not a one-off optimisation report gathering dust.

C5 FinOpsCommand™

A UAE enterprise had commissioned two cloud cost optimisation reports in the previous eighteen months. Both identified 25-35% waste. Neither optimisation was sustained six months post-report. The C5 retainer reframed the problem: governance operations as monthly SLA cadence, not annual assessment. Year-one cloud spend held to a governed trajectory ~32% below pre-engagement baseline.

CLOUD/EDGEASSESSCONSTRUCTION3 WEEKS

Wave 1 ready in three weeks. Master data first. ASP selection second, not first.

A12 eInvoicing Readiness Sprint™

A UAE enterprise approaching the MoF eInvoicing Wave 1 deadline commissioned a three-week readiness sprint. The engagement inverted the assumed sequence: master data cleanup before ASP selection, not after. Two of the five vendor shortlist candidates were eliminated on scope-boundary and cost-envelope grounds before the competitive process ran. The retained shortlist selection ran on a scoped basis to a defensible ASP choice within eight weeks post-engagement.

BLOCKCHAINASSESSCOMMODITIES2 WEEKS

Blockchain feasibility scan. Recommended against. Database-based alternative saved AED 8M.

A8 Integrity Feasibility Scan™

A UAE enterprise evaluated blockchain provenance for a multi-party integrity workflow. The two-week A8 feasibility scan recommended against a blockchain approach, surfacing three structural reasons why the requirement did not need distributed consensus. The alternative — a database-plus-cryptography approach — was implemented at approximately 5% of the proposed blockchain spend, delivering equivalent integrity outcomes.

IOTBUILDREAL ESTATE14 WEEKS

Digital twin as four converged components. Not a 3D visualisation layer for the boardroom.

B16 Digital Twin Operations Blueprint™

A UAE mixed-use real estate operator commissioned a digital twin blueprint across a flagship property portfolio. B16 delivered the four converged components — telemetry ingestion, AI analytics, spatial context, and operational integration — in fourteen weeks, with the operational integration workstream carrying acceptance criteria against facility management workflow outcomes. The alternative — a vendor-proposed 3D visualisation platform with quarterly reporting cadence — was declined at scoping.

AIASSESSPUBLIC SECTOR3 WEEKS

Mandate readiness is not agent-buying. It's use-case sequencing.

A11 Agentic AI Readiness & Use-Case Discovery

A UAE public sector entity approaching the Agentic AI Mandate's federal cascade commissioned a three-week readiness sprint. Fourteen candidate services were evaluated for agentic transformation. Four were sequenced for Wave 1 deployment. Six were deferred pending prerequisite work. Four were recommended against — either because the service didn't need agentic transformation or because the operational risk exceeded the marginal service improvement.

AIBUILDFINANCIAL SERVICES8 WEEKS

Agent handles intake to recommendation. Confidence thresholds are the deliverable.

B14 Agentic Workflow Agent Build

A UAE financial services enterprise built an agentic workflow agent for a document-intensive origination process in eight weeks. The agent handles document intake, cross-source verification, and structured recommendation generation, with human handoff at defined confidence thresholds. The alternative — an "agent-first process transformation across the product portfolio" — was declined at scoping in favour of a single workflow slice with acceptance criteria on human-handoff quality, then evidence-based expansion.

AIRUNENTERPRISE12-MONTH SUBSCRIPTION

Agents in production need operations. Not just prompt engineering.

C9 Managed Agent Operations

A UAE enterprise operating seven production agents across three business functions commissioned a 12-month Managed Agent Operations subscription. Per-active-agent commercial with monthly SLA cadence. Agent behaviour drift monitored continuously — three drift incidents surfaced and resolved in Year 1 before business impact materialised. Two agents recommended for retirement based on operational evidence, one new agent onboarded to production through the subscription's quarterly release cadence.

Transparency

Why anonymised composites?

Case studies with named clients require client permission and legal review — appropriate for large-firm marketing, less useful for specialist consulting decisions. The purpose of these case studies is to show the shape of engagements NexITC delivers: what a scoping question looked like, how the Practice Lead sequenced the work, what the engagement recommended against, and what outcomes measured against target. A named client testimonial would tell you a specific client's experience; an illustrative composite tells you the pattern the practice repeats.

If you're evaluating NexITC for a specific engagement and want to speak with a comparable-scale client reference, that's a conversation for a clinic — arrangement is subject to the reference client's permission and typically follows a first scoping conversation with the Practice Lead.

Ready to scope the engagement that becomes your case study?

Book a 30-minute clinic. Practice Lead attends. If the specific engagement fits, written scope within five business days. If it doesn't, honest alternative surfaced in the conversation.
