ABOUT NEXITC

Outcome-engineered technology consultancy. Anchored in the UAE.

NexITC is a specialised technology consultancy based in Abu Dhabi. We work with UAE organisations across five technology pillars — AI, Cybersecurity, Cloud/Edge, IoT, and Blockchain — through a productized services catalogue of 47 fixed-scope engagements. Each pillar is led by a Practice Lead — the person you meet in a scoping conversation is the person who leads your engagement. Fixed fees where the engagement is Entry or Build; retainers where the engagement is ongoing operations; sprints where the engagement is targeted modernisation. Ranges quoted are targets we underwrite in scope, not marketing claims.

WHO WE ARE

A consulting practice where the person selling the work is the person accountable for it.

NexITC — Nex Information Technology Consultancy LLC — is a technology consulting firm based in Abu Dhabi. We bring a specific pattern of consulting to the UAE market: productized services with named accountability, evidence-based scoping with genuine willingness to recommend against, and vendor-neutral positioning where operational recommendations aren't gated by platform economics.

We are structured around focused practice groups, one per technology pillar, each led by a dedicated Practice Lead. Extended delivery partners join specific engagements based on scope. This structure means the person you speak to in a scoping conversation is the person leading your engagement — the Practice Lead who signs off deliverables is the same Practice Lead attending your monthly review.

Escalation, when needed, resolves through the practice structure to the CEO — not to a distant partner in a global firm.

HOW WE OPERATE

Four commercial tiers. Forty-seven productized engagements. Fixed-scope where fixed-scope belongs; ongoing where ongoing belongs.

Most technology consulting is priced by the hour or by the person. That structure rewards scope expansion and penalises honest recommendations to stop. NexITC is structured differently.

Entry engagements (13 SKUs) are fixed-fee sprints — 1 to 4 weeks — that produce evidence, not commitments. Where the evidence supports a Build, we recommend the Build. Where the evidence supports a “no-go” or “redesign”, we say so. Roughly half of some Entry engagements (like A8 Integrity Feasibility Scan) conclude with a “no-go” recommendation — that is a legitimate deliverable, not a failed engagement.

Build engagements (23 SKUs) are fixed-fee sprints — typically 6 to 16 weeks — that deliver a named artefact or capability with acceptance criteria. Scope discipline is enforced by the fixed fee, not by wishful project management. Where scope shifts, change orders are authored rather than absorbed.

Run engagements (9 SKUs) are 12-month managed retainers or subscriptions with monthly SLA cadence, Practice Lead-led delivery, and quarterly release commitments. Retainers are structured against operational outcomes — MTTR reduction, compliance evidence, data trust score, cloud cost governance — not against consumed hours.

Expand engagements (2 SKUs) address architectural bottlenecks that ongoing operational discipline cannot close — one targeted cloud unit modernised end-to-end in 6-12 weeks, or a continuous provenance operations subscription for multi-party integrity workflows.

A Practice Lead leads every engagement and stays through delivery. Every engagement carries an Independence disclosure explaining what vendor economics do and do not apply.

WHAT THIS ACTUALLY MEANS

A structural commitment, not a marketing footer.

Vendor-neutral means NexITC does not resell platforms and does not structure operational recommendations to expand platform footprint. On any engagement, the Independence disclosure names the vendor categories relevant to that scope and confirms what commercial economics do and do not apply. Where a native platform feature is the right answer, we recommend the native platform feature. Where an internal team is best positioned to close the gap, we say so — even when that means a smaller engagement.

In practice, every engagement is scoped by the Practice Lead who will lead it. Fixed-fee structures survive contact with delivery reality because scope discipline is enforced at scoping phase, not litigated at handover phase. Where an engagement needs to change shape, change orders are authored explicitly rather than absorbed silently.

These are structural commitments embedded in commercial terms, not marketing language.

NexITC's operating model does not carry commissioned platform relationships as a general structural commitment. Where a specific ASP or vendor commercial relationship exists on a given engagement — as with eInvoicing ASP partnerships — the Practice Lead discloses this at scoping so the client can factor it into the evaluation process.

UAE-ANCHORED

Regulatory context, market cadence, delivery reality.

NexITC operates within UAE market context — Monday-through-Friday working patterns and delivery discipline anchored to UAE regulatory reality.

That regulatory reality includes PDPL (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 on Personal Data Protection), ISR (Information Security Regulation), ADHICS v2 (Abu Dhabi Healthcare Information and Cyber Security Standard), NESA (National Electronic Security Authority) frameworks, CBUAE (Central Bank UAE) governance, SAMA CSF for regional financial services, MoF/FTA rules for eInvoicing (Peppol PINT-AE, 5-corner CTC model, phased deadlines by revenue segment across 2026–2027), and the UAE Agentic AI Mandate (federal directive, 50% of federal services within 2 years of April 2026 issuance).

We do not “adapt global playbooks to the UAE.” We deliver against UAE regulatory positioning directly, with framework references named per engagement and evidence produced against those references.

MISSION

To bring productized, vendor-neutral technology consulting to the UAE market — with named accountability and honest scoping as structural commitments, not marketing language.

VISION

To be the technology consultancy UAE organisations trust when the answer needs to be honest — including when the honest answer is “not now” or “not this way.”

CULTURE

How we work is who we are.

Nine commitments shape how NexITC operates. What each means in practice — and how each shows up in the work — is on our Culture page.
