Five technology domains · One delivery discipline

How we think about five technology domains.

NexITC delivers solutions across five technology domains — AI, Cybersecurity, Cloud/Edge, IoT, and Blockchain. Each domain has its own point of view, its own practice lead, and its own set of productized engagements. Total portfolio: 47 fixed-scope engagements. All delivery UAE-resident from Abu Dhabi, vendor-neutral, aligned to UAE regulatory frameworks including PDPL, ADHICS v2, NESA, SAMA CSF, VARA, and the UAE Agentic AI Mandate.

Pillar 01

AI

Agentic AI is the year-one mandate question for UAE enterprises. We build vendor-neutral platforms and ship production agents under governance — not demos. The NexAI Agent Foundry family (A11, A13, B20, B21, B22, C9) is our branded response to the UAE Agentic AI Mandate; the NexAI Federal Mandate Sprint bundle packages the four essential SKUs into a 90-day fixed-fee engagement.

Pillar 02

Cybersecurity

Compliance is the floor, not the ceiling. We build evidence-grade postures aligned to PDPL, ISR v2, ADHICS v2, NESA, and SAMA CSF — ready for any inspection. Coverage spans posture assessment through zero-trust implementation (NIST CSF, NIST SP 800-207), GRC platform builds, managed SOC operations, and continuous compliance operations. AI safety (A9) and sovereign AI infrastructure (B21) sit at the AI/Cyber intersection; eInvoicing readiness (A12) sits in Cloud/Edge where master-data quality and integration are the load-bearing work.

Pillar 03

Cloud / Edge

The MTTR question is rarely about more tooling. We consolidate observability and AIOps estates into a single pane that operators actually use. The Cloud/Edge pillar spans ITOM assessment, sovereign landing zones, unified observability builds, data platform foundations, and managed operations retainers. The flagship case study — a GCC logistics operator with 12,000 employees achieving 71% MTTR reduction — lives here.

Pillar 04

IoT

Smart-city and OT environments demand resilience first, intelligence second. We build sensor estates and edge fabric that survive contact with reality. IoT is currently an emerging pillar with two Build SKUs (B11 EdgeSense, B16 Digital Twin Operations Blueprint) aligned to Dubai's D33 Agenda, IEC 62443, and Abu Dhabi smart-city programmes. Portfolio depth to grow as the pillar matures.

Pillar 05

Blockchain

Tokenization without governance is a regulatory accident waiting to happen. We deliver VARA-aligned smart-contract assurance and digital-asset platforms that pass examiner review. Coverage spans feasibility scan (A8), build engagements (B13 ChainProof, B19 Smart Contract Audit & Tokenization), and annual provenance-operations subscription (D2) — aligned to VARA, SCA, and the D33 Agenda.

Cross-pillar bundle

The NexAI Federal Mandate Sprint.

A 90-day fixed-fee bundle designed for UAE federal entities executing the Agentic AI Mandate (April 2026, 50% of federal services on agentic AI). Combines four essential SKUs into a single sequenced engagement: A11 (Agentic AI Readiness) + B20 (No-Code Agent Platform Implementation) + B22 (Citizen Developer Programme) + C9 (Managed Agent Operations). Optional A13 (CAIO-in-a-Box) substitution where a Chief AI Officer has already been appointed.

Why it looks one way across all five pillars

One delivery discipline. Five domains.

Fixed scope.
Every engagement in the catalog has a stated scope, deliverables list, and acceptance criteria. No hourly-rate work. No scope creep. If the engagement expands, so does the scope statement — always in writing, always signed.
Named accountability.
Every engagement has a named Practice Lead and a named CEO sponsor. The Tier-1 named-account-team model is not ours.
Vendor-neutral selection.
Platform and vendor decisions happen within the engagement, on evidence — never before. No vendor logos on the marketing site because we don't sell that way.
UAE-resident delivery.
Every engagement is delivered from our Abu Dhabi headquarters with UAE-resident engineers. This matters for PDPL data residency, CBUAE cloud oversight, ADHICS v2 healthcare regulations, and federal-entity procurement rules.
