LEADERSHIP
One founder. Practice Leads across five pillars.
NexITC is founder-led and Practice-Lead delivered. The founder sets the operating model and commercial commitments; Practice Leads lead engagement delivery pillar-by-pillar. Escalation on any engagement resolves through the practice structure to the CEO. One escalation away, not five layers of a global firm.

THESIS
Why NexITC exists.
For nearly two decades, Indraanil observed technology consulting delivery in the UAE from the inside — from the commercial as well as technical side. He watched two patterns repeat.
Global systems integrators sized engagements to fit bench utilisation rather than the client's actual scoping question. Product-tied specialists structured operational recommendations to expand platform footprint. Both patterns worked as business models. Neither served the UAE enterprise leadership teams walking in with well-formed questions about AI adoption, cybersecurity posture, or cloud strategy — and walking out with three-year transformation programmes priced to fill a resource plan.
The right answer, more often than the market admitted, was different. Sometimes it was a two-week assessment concluding with a “no-go” recommendation — evidence that the shape wasn't right. Sometimes it was a fixed-scope build with named acceptance criteria and no runway to expand into. Sometimes it was pointing the client toward what an internal team could do without buying an engagement at all.
In 2023, with UAE regulatory reality outpacing global consulting playbooks — PDPL enforcement patterns clarifying, the Agentic AI Mandate on the horizon, eInvoicing rollout entering procurement conversations — the market had produced enough evidence for a third pattern. He founded NexITC in Abu Dhabi to bring productized services, evidence-based scoping, and Practice Lead accountability to UAE enterprise technology consulting.
The name reflects the thesis: technology consultancy focused on what comes next — for UAE organisations navigating regulatory, technological, and commercial transitions that generic global playbooks address by adaptation rather than direct delivery.
BACKGROUND
Prior experience.
Indraanil's career spans over two decades across enterprise technology delivery in India and the UAE, combining commercial leadership with technical grounding.
He has led work across a range of technology domains — from cloud and cybersecurity to enterprise software, communications infrastructure, and applied AI — and delivered engagements for clients in both public sector and private enterprise across a range of industries.
His technical grounding — including applied machine learning through Stanford University — complements two decades of commercial and delivery leadership.
The combination shapes NexITC's productized approach: technical depth to scope engagements accurately, commercial discipline to structure them fairly, and cross-sector experience to recognise which patterns generalize and which do not.
FOUNDER FOCUS
What he focuses on at NexITC.
As founder and CEO, Indraanil drives NexITC's growth strategy across the five technology pillars — setting direction for practice expansion, delivery excellence, and client engagement in the UAE enterprise market.
He shapes the operating model, commercial commitments, and the productized services catalogue, evolving all three as regulatory reality shifts and new technology domains reach procurement-real status.
Client relationships at the executive level sit with the CEO for engagements where the strategic conversation warrants it — briefings with UAE enterprise leadership teams evaluating technology consulting partners, and executive conversations on scoping decisions that need a founder-level second opinion.
He is the escalation point available on any engagement — a structural commitment carried on every service page, not a marketing claim — and attends clinics where the specific commercial or operational question warrants CEO presence.
Practice Lead delivery is where day-to-day engagement work sits; the CEO's role is to protect the operating discipline that makes vendor-neutral, fixed-scope, evidence-based consulting sustainable at focused scale, while building the practice, team, and partnerships that let NexITC grow with the market it serves.
HOW WE DELIVER
Practice Leads across five pillars.
NexITC organises delivery around five practice groups — AI, Cybersecurity, Cloud/Edge, IoT, and Blockchain — each led by a Practice Lead responsible for engagement scope, delivery, and Practice Lead attendance at clinics.
Practice Leads are not consultants seconded from a resource pool. Each is a permanent point of accountability for their pillar. The Practice Lead who scopes your engagement in a clinic is the Practice Lead who leads delivery and attends monthly reviews. Practice Lead identity is disclosed on every engagement — you know who is accountable before the scope is signed.
For engagements requiring capabilities beyond the core practice, NexITC activates delivery partners on a per-engagement basis. Delivery partner selection is scoped to the engagement rather than carried as fixed overhead — the practice stays lean, the engagement gets the specific expertise it needs, and the Practice Lead retains accountability for the outcome.
Practice Lead profiles will be added to this page as the practice grows.
GOVERNANCE
CEO escalation available on any engagement.
Every engagement, regardless of pillar or commercial tier, carries CEO escalation as a structural commitment. This is not a “reach out if you have concerns” line — it means the CEO is available for a scheduled conversation on any engagement where the Practice Lead's judgment needs a second view, where commercial terms need to be revisited, or where an operational recommendation needs a founder-level second opinion.
In practice, CEO escalation is rarely invoked. Practice Leads are empowered to make scoping and delivery calls without escalating routine judgments. When it is invoked, it resolves the same day — one escalation away, not routed through account management to a distant partner.
The escalation path is a focused-scale operational commitment. It works because the practice is structured for it.
Start with a 30-minute clinic.
Practice Lead attends every clinic. The founder is one escalation away when the specific engagement question warrants it.
