We tell clients when their project shouldn't proceed — even when saying so means we don't win the follow-on work.
A meaningful share of our assessment engagements end with this recommendation. The client's initiative doesn't move forward, and NexITC doesn't earn the implementation revenue that would have followed.
For specialists who work here, this changes daily life. You are not asked to soften your professional judgment to protect a sales pipeline or to keep a project moving that shouldn't move. Your honest recommendation is what the client receives.
