WHY PLATFORM-FIRST,
NOT AGENT-FIRST.

The failure mode is predictable and we have watched it happen at enough clients to name it precisely. A department stands up one agent on a no-code tool because it demoed well. Then another department does the same, on a different tool, with different credentials and no shared audit trail. Within a year IT is holding thirty ungoverned agent experiments and a backlog they cannot service, and nobody can answer the one question a regulator will ask first: who approved this agent to take this action.

The fix is not to ban no-code agents — the productivity case for citizen-developer agent building is real. The fix is to build the platform and the governance overlay before the second agent ships, not after the thirtieth. Q_01Are you tied to a specific agent platform?
No. Platform selection runs the same evidence-based scorecard as any other decision we make on a client's behalf — vendor-neutrality and lock-in exposure, UAE data residency, native governance primitives, integration depth, three-year TCO, and citizen-developer path, each scored 1–5 against evidence gathered during discovery. We have delivered on multiple no-code agent platforms and have no standing preference. Vendor-neutral is a scorecard, not a slogan, and the disclosure on our vendor arrangements is published in the approach section of this page.
Q_02What if we already have an agent platform in place?
The engagement adapts. Stream 01 becomes a fit assessment against your existing platform rather than a fresh selection, and we tell you plainly if the platform doesn't hold up under the scorecard. If foundation work — identity, RBAC, secrets management, audit logging, observability — isn't already in place, Stream 02 still runs in full. The governance overlay in Stream 04 is built regardless of which platform is already licensed; most platforms ship without one.

Every agent that ships in Stream 05 inherits the overlay by default; there is no configuration path that lets a citizen developer publish an agent without an approval gate on consequential actions. That is the difference between a governed platform and a licence with a compliance policy attached to it.
Q_05What comes next?
