Case studies across five pillars.Anonymised composites, not client testimonials.
Nine illustrative composite case studies drawn from patterns across NexITC engagements. Each is a representative narrative — not a specific client — assembled from patterns that recur in the practice. Where a case study is anonymised more heavily than another, it's because the specific client engagement it draws from is more identifiable otherwise. All monetary figures, timelines, and outcome percentages are illustrative of the pattern, not exact reproductions of any single engagement.

Cloud cost governance, held for twelve months. Not a one-off optimisation report gathering dust.
C5 FinOpsCommand™
A UAE enterprise had commissioned two cloud cost optimisation reports in the previous eighteen months. Both identified 25-35% waste. Neither optimisation was sustained six months post-report. The C5 retainer reframed the problem: governance operations as monthly SLA cadence, not annual assessment. Year-one cloud spend held to a governed trajectory ~32% below pre-engagement baseline.

A12 eInvoicing Readiness Sprint™
A UAE enterprise approaching the MoF eInvoicing Wave 1 deadline commissioned a three-week readiness sprint. The engagement inverted the assumed sequence: master data cleanup before ASP selection, not after. Two of the five vendor shortlist candidates were eliminated on scope-boundary and cost-envelope grounds before the competitive process ran. The retained shortlist selection ran on a scoped basis to a defensible ASP choice within eight weeks post-engagement.

Why anonymised composites?
Case studies with named clients require client permission and legal review — appropriate for large-firm marketing, less useful for specialist consulting decisions. The purpose of these case studies is to show the shape of engagements NexITC delivers: what a scoping question looked like, how the Practice Lead sequenced the work, what the engagement recommended against, and what outcomes measured against target. A named client testimonial would tell you a specific client's experience; an illustrative composite tells you the pattern the practice repeats.
If you're evaluating NexITC for a specific engagement and want to speak with a comparable-scale client reference, that's a conversation for a clinic — arrangement is subject to the reference client's permission and typically follows a first scoping conversation with the Practice Lead.

Book a 30-minute clinic. Practice Lead attends. If the specific engagement fits, written scope within five business days. If it doesn't, honest alternative surfaced in the conversation.
