Every engagement begins with a signed scope statement fixing deliverables, timeline, milestones, and commercial terms. No verbal agreements. No moving targets.

Scope changes require a signed scope amendment. If scope changes, so does the commercial arrangement — always in writing, always signed by both parties.

Q_02Can we bring our own AIOps platform if we've already licensed one?
Yes. If you have an existing AIOps investment (Moogsoft, BigPanda, Dynatrace Davis, etc.) that is underutilised, the engagement can be structured around your existing licensing. Phase 2 focuses on integration and tuning rather than deployment. Timeline typically shortens to 5–7 weeks.
Q_03Why Arabic-language runbooks specifically?
Because operational teams in UAE enterprises are increasingly bilingual, and mid-incident is not the moment to be reading English procedure documents when Arabic is the operator's first language. Bilingual runbooks reduce cognitive load, reduce misinterpretation, and — measurably — reduce MTTR. This is not a value-add; it is a delivery expectation for UAE work.
Q_04What happens if we change direction mid-engagement?

Scope changes are handled through a signed scope amendment. The Practice Lead — AI is authorised to negotiate change orders on NexITC’s behalf. Typical change orders are handled within 5 business days.

If the change is sufficient that continuing does not make sense, NexITC will pause the engagement, deliver everything completed to date, and settle commercially on work completed. This has happened twice in our history; both engagements resumed later.

Q_05Does this engagement support NESA/ADHICS/PDPL compliance?
The engagement produces artifacts that contribute to compliance evidence — the reference architecture documents data flows and residency, the scorecard evaluates data processing locations, the runbooks constitute documented operational procedures. But the engagement itself is not a compliance audit. If regulated-entity compliance is the driving pressure, we typically pair B6 with A6 Compliance Posture Assessment either preceding or running in parallel.
